We will do all we can to move everyone through quickly and maintain social distance. Please wear a mask when coming in for your shot. You can also pre-fill out the flu shot questionnaire below!
Please bring a photocopy of your ID and insurance card!
Crooked River Ranch Fire & Rescue is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
