We do understand that there is a high wildfire risk this 4th of July. While we cannot legally ban fireworks we are asking for your help in preventing fireworks related fires in our community. If you can forgo fireworks this 4th of July this will ultimately be the best form of fire prevention and keep our community safe.
With the unprecedented heat we are experiencing help prevent accidental wildfires by bringing your fireworks to the parking lot across from the Ranch Chapel off SW Clubhouse Road between 7 pm and 10 pm this Sunday, July 4th. Your local firefighters will be on hand to provide a safer place for you to light off your fireworks. We provide buckets of water to douse your used fireworks in but please remember you are responsible for taking all of your fireworks garbage with you when you leave.
Remember, even legal fireworks can start a fire. If your fireworks start a wildfire you are liable for any damage caused by the fire. We encourage everyone to join us for some safer 4th of July fireworks fun!
