Crooked River Ranch Fire Community Flu Shot Clinic
We are partnering with BestMed Urgent Care (formerly know as Your Care) to host a community flu shot clinic. We want to make it convenient for you to protect yourself and those you care about against the flu this flu season.
Flu shots will be available on Thursday, October 6th, between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm at the Crooked River Ranch Fire Station. Remember to bring a photocopy of your ID and insurance card. Most insurance pays 100% of the cost. If you don't have insurance the regular flu shot will only be $40 and $80 for the senior flu shot. Please download the flu shot questionnaire and consent form below. Complete it prior to your visit and bring it with you to expedite your appointment.
Crooked River Ranch Fire & Rescue is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
